Through my research, teaching, consulting and coaching I help executives find their own answers to questions related to their leadership, relationships with key stakeholders, unresolved problems from the past, and hopes and anxieties related to the future.
I am a professor of Organizational Behavior at ESMT Berlin, where I am I also the Faculty Lead for the Executive MBA Program.
